What do we offer?
The below list contains the type of services that we
offer. However rest assured that Teacher’s “R” Us
Staffing Team (T.R.U.S.T) works very closely with state
agencies and all of our staff holds the qualifications
required by state (I.e. TB test, sexual registry checks,
police/FBI checks, reference checks etc).

Understanding that not all clients require the same
services, T.R.U.S.T. provides the following options:
Temp-to-Hire Employee
This method gives clients an opportunity to evaluate
a candidate's performance before making a hiring
decision. The employee remains on the T.R.U.S.T.
payroll for a negotiated period, at the end of which
the client has the option to transfer the employee to
their payroll. There are no additional charges at this
time. A temporary employee can be bought out prior
to the expiration of the negotiated period.
Temp-to-Hire is a great opportunity to hire quickly
on a trial basis.
Temporary Employee
Temporary employees are often needed to assist with unexpected absences. Considering
many childcare workers become sick more often due to parents sending children to school
sick, it’s no wonder why many childcare centers experience more unexpected call off’s than
most businesses. However unlike many companies’ childcare centers have child to staff
ratios that are mandated by the state and requires staff.

In addition, temporary employees are often needed to assist with overload, special or short-
term projects. This option allows you to hire an employee with the required skills for as long
as needed and when needed without having to incur additional cost such as workers
compensation, unemployment insurance and taxes. An experienced T.R.U.S.T. temporary
employee helps you focus on more important issues. T.R.U.S.T. employees work for you for
as long as you need them to fill in for employees who are on vacation, medical or maternity
leave, or as seasonal employees.

Direct Hire Employee
Bringing permanent staff and quality centers together. (One time placement fee)
Recommended for filling key full-time positions, candidates transfer to the client's payroll
immediately. T.R.U.S.T. offers a 60-day guarantee on all direct hires. If the T.R.U.S.T.
candidate you hire does not work out within 60 days, T.R.U.S.T. will either replace the
employee or offer a proportionate credit of the fee.
Nanny Placement
Overnight/Extended Care (in-home care during your absence for one or more days)
Group child care (churches, synagogues, weddings, conventions)
Hotel child care (group or individual for visiting guests)
Infant/Newborn Care (in-home care to help you rest and regain your strength)
Emergency/Last Minute Care (i.e. sick child or unplanned care).
Teacher placements in schools Pre-K through 12
